Overhang mandates refer to regulations that limit the amount of shares that can be sold by existing shareholders in an initial public offering (IPO) to prevent a flood of shares entering the market and causing a drop in price. Leveling mandates, on the other hand, are regulations that require companies to disclose information about their financial performance and operations to ensure transparency and prevent fraud. Both overhang and leveling mandates are designed to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the financial markets. **

Overhang seats are typically found in stadiums or theaters and are located at the edge of a balcony or upper level, providing a clear view of the stage or field below. These seats often have a slight protrusion over the lower level, giving them their name. Leveling seats, on the other hand, are seats that are designed to be adjustable in order to accommodate different heights and ensure that all audience members have a clear view of the performance or event. These seats are often found in venues where sightlines may be obstructed by other audience members or structures. **

Overhang mandates refer to the situation where a political party wins more seats in an election than it would be entitled to based on its share of the vote. This can happen when a party wins a large number of constituency seats but a smaller share of the overall vote. Compensatory mandates are additional seats allocated to other parties in order to balance out the overhang mandates and ensure that the overall distribution of seats in the legislature reflects the proportion of votes each party received. These mandates are used in some electoral systems to achieve a more proportional representation of political parties in the legislature. **

Overhang seats are created by extending the seating area beyond the supporting structure, providing additional seating space. This is achieved by using cantilevered or suspended seating designs. Leveling seats are created by adjusting the height of the seats to ensure that they are all at the same level, providing a uniform and comfortable seating experience for the audience. This can be achieved through the use of adjustable feet or leveling mechanisms installed on the seats. Both overhang and leveling seats are important considerations in the design and construction of seating areas in venues such as stadiums, theaters, and auditoriums. **

The executive overhang in Germany refers to a situation where the number of seats won by a political party in a state parliament exceeds the number of seats it would be entitled to based on its share of the popular vote. This can occur due to the electoral system's combination of direct mandates and proportional representation. As a result, additional seats, known as overhang seats, are created to ensure that the party's share of seats in the parliament reflects its share of the popular vote. This can lead to a larger parliament than intended, and the overhang seats can potentially give a party more influence than its popular vote would suggest. **

The maximum allowable overhang for a load to the rear of a vehicle can vary depending on local regulations. In general, the overhang limit is typically around 3 to 4 feet beyond the rear of the vehicle. It is important to check with local authorities or transportation departments to determine the specific overhang limits in a particular area. **

Yes, a verge flashing is used instead of an overhang. Verge flashing is a type of metal flashing that is installed along the edge of a roof to protect the underlying structure from water damage. It helps to direct water away from the edge of the roof and prevent it from seeping into the building. Verge flashing is an important component of a well-constructed roof and is commonly used in place of an overhang in certain architectural designs. **

Yes, it is recommended to prime the roof overhang again after sanding. Sanding the surface can remove the existing primer and expose the bare wood, making it necessary to re-prime the area to ensure proper adhesion of the paint and protect the wood from moisture and weathering. Additionally, priming the surface again will help to create a smooth and even base for the topcoat of paint, resulting in a more professional and long-lasting finish. **
