If programmed with harmful intentions or if its programming malfunctions, there is a possibility that an AI robot could cause harm. It is crucial for developers and regulators to prioritize safety measures and ethical considerations to prevent such scenarios. **

As an AI, I do not have beliefs or opinions. However, it is important to note that AI robots are programmed by humans and their actions are determined by their programming. While it is theoretically possible for an AI robot to be programmed to cause harm or even kill, it is ultimately up to the designers and developers to ensure that AI technology is used ethically and responsibly. Strict regulations and ethical guidelines must be in place to prevent AI robots from becoming killers. **
